• Terms of Service: Renders, passes, orders, the type desk, and what you may upload.
• Privacy Policy: Your photograph, your render, who processes them, and how long each is kept.
• Refunds and Returns: The hour to cancel, made-to-order goods, and a damaged print.
• Cookie Policy: Every cookie by name, and which ones wait for your consent.
• Your Privacy Choices: Do not sell or share, and Global Privacy Control.

What changed, and when

• 2026-10-17: Painted Flight opens on the family terms. Terms and the FAQ add the studio’s own refusals: no faces in the render, no aircraft serving with an armed force (civil warbirds are painted), no badges with letters, no logos or insignia added, no crash, fire or emergency. Privacy names the FAA aircraft registry, which receives the N-number you type and nothing else.
• 2026-09-24: Added a Refunds and Returns page and this changelog. Privacy now describes the email sign-in, names Resend, TikTok and Reddit, and gives the retention the code keeps. Terms add no celebrities or public figures as subjects and link the refunds page.
• 2026-09-23: PaintedApp, LLC named as operator; support@painted.app as the one contact; the pass pack added to Terms.
• 2026-09-08: Cookie Policy published.
